During his tenure at Queen’s Park, Chan has also served as Minister of Revenue and Minister of Citizenship and Immigration. In the latter role, he focused on enhancing Ontario’s ability to attract jobs and skilled employees and worked to expand the province’s bridge training programs that assist newcomers with economic integration.
