Did you have that error before?  Did you recently upgraded BitComet?  

That sounds like a memory issue.  Were you running a lot of applications at the same time?  Have you tried rebooting the machine and run only BitComet and see if the error still occurs?

I don't know why it comes up either.....

I was trying to disable one of the drive and change the external hdd letter....and that error msg come up...then I reboot.....after that open bitcomet try to d/l....then the error msg I posted popup.....then I reboot again......and wait for everything done and turn the bitcomet on....the error didn't popup....

so it only showed up once and after the second reboot it never come back again?

the 1st one saying the device...coz I was trying to disable it....but then the runtime error msg pop up....

and coz I can close the error msg, so I didn't pay attention on it....

then reboot, after things done (incl. changed the hdd letter), run the bitcomet, the error msg for bitcomet popup. coz I can't close this one as b4.....so I need to reboot it again, and for sure let everything done running b4 operating the bitcomet program....

but I really don't know what made it happen....for sure I wanna knowhow to fix it if next time same thing happen again...

I think by changing the drive letters, it affects the path of some libraries and the registry did not get adjusted until you rebooted, so BitComet couldn't run properly.  Just my guess.

What drive letters did you change?  Any other changes you made?

Since it only happened after you made changes to your windows, I would not worry too much about it.  But it is always good to know why it was happening.
