how to shrink a 7.5G MDF file to dvd

i dwonloaded a 7.5G MDF file and cannot burn to a G5 dvd by using Alcohol 120%

or shrink to A G5 dvd by using DVDShrink

Any one can help???

Is it a DVD Video? If so, you may try using Alcohol 120% to mount the MDF image to a virtual drive, then use DVDShrink or CloneDVD to copy the "DVD" from the virtual drive. DVDShrink/CloneDVD will treat the virtual drive as a DVD drive and create a shrinked version image on your harddrive, and you may burn from that.
