c. Help and Support 按後沒有反應


d. Internet Gateway and My Computer 下方的數字代表甚麼意思, 數目的大小跟connection 的關係是甚麼?


e. 上網時,時時都出現這個 message, 它代表甚麼意思, 重不重要, 如不重要如何把它關閉?


f. 下圖也層問過,不過想再貼上問多次 - - 按 Start > Search 後出現的情況 , empty box 一個.

I just answers your questions on other sections. Now I know what happen with your system.  First, you can try to just reinstall windows, if it doesn't work, than you have to format the hard drive and install windows.  Don't think about try to copy your data to other place, cause windows explore won't work as well, you will lose all the data, just like me before, have the same problem as you right now.  Good luck.

I don't know how to do it. My knowledge of computer is very limited. Is it difficult?

When I bought this computer which included couples softwares that very useful and I don't want to lose them. Will I lost the softwares if I format the hard drive? Because they are set in the computer by the manufacturer, I am not actually own the softwares cds.

forgot to tell you. I did reinstall the windows and get the same result.

sorry! not sure did you read my post in Operating System > 開唔到機並出現這message ? I think that may be  the reason to course all these problems.

What brand name is your computer?  I know now those system don't inclueded any CDs for it, so you need to restore it from system.  Some system will have a hidden drive, and all files that can restore the system will be there.
May be you can try to take out the hard drive and put it in other computer, and copy those data files that you need, than you can format hard drive and install windows.  If you format hard drive, you will lose all the data.
