Some programs like clubbox cannot run and open properly. I can't use it for download. Pls help. Thanks~

Can you post the error message?

If there are javascript errors, it is hard for a user to fix, you should report to the website webmaster and let them fix it.  But if you don't want to wait, you may try to use different browsers.  Normally a website will not allow javascript errors to happen to users.  But they might sometime miss a certain browser version.  For example, if you experienced the error in IE 6, try IE 7 or Firefox.

When I click to open the file page on the d/l site, it doesn't appear any error msg, but a blank page. The heading of the page says "about:blank Microsoft Internet Explorer". And the site has a msg shown on the left corner at the bottom. When I double click it, it says "Access is denied".
I have tried firefox; the page came out, but it can't automatically link the files to the d/l box. Sorry for my confusing description; I have no idea what's happening -.-"

And thanks for providing more information.  But I am still a little bit unclear.  

1. You open a file on a d/l site, which d/l site is that?  

2. The message at the lower left corner, is that a yellow triangle icon?  

3. When you used firefox, you said it cannot automatically link to the "d/l box", what do u mean by "d/l box"?

I think if we got the answer of #1, you might get a clearer picture and hopefully then we can help you troubleshoot.
