I'd reinstall window, but i cann't find any progame installed. When i try to reinstall Window ask me to modify the system, is there anyone can tell me how to modify the system or how to dig the progame out please!

you mean you want to reinstall windows and keep the existing application already installed?

Can you tell us more detail about how to reinstall? like upgrade? format the hard drive? .... etc.

since my xp didn't have chinese so i install 2000, i didn't format the harddisk . i want to keep the existing appalications.

XP support chinese, it's multi-language system. Did you installed Win2k yet?

ok, let me make it clear.

1). before u have windows xp and got something wrong (e.g. won't support chinese)
2). you reinstall windows xp (delete the current windows xp and reinstall from XP CD, not format and install)
3). also install windows 2000 on the same hard drive (for chinese language)
4). now windows xp is working fine but all application is gone


Am I right? if yes, then nothing we can help. Because all application must re-install again, until you're the expert on windows registry and system.ini .... etc.
