Recently, when I turn off my laptop, it can't shut down properly, why?

Every time I turn off the laptop, it will take a long time and the screen is preview "window is shutting down", but it never shut down as normal. It still the same after 5-10 min. Then, I have no choose and have to switch off the power supply.
Anyone know what is the problem and please help me!!

Have you done any major update (Windows Updates, Service Pack update...etc.) recently?

That will depends on many issue, its hard to tell you the reason base on your information. Can you tell us more detail? Like got the problem after install some thing, update some patch files, download some crack program .... etc

it's sound like you have a power management problem. If you press the power button once when you are in windows desktop, and your system turn off instantly, that's mean there are some setting wrong on power options under bios.

No. Recently, i have kept trying installed and unistalled a few software in order to play the file dl from http://vixy.net.
I also installed RegCure to scan error in my computer. It found many error but can't repair the errors because do not have license number.

I also unistalled the "warrantly register" since it is expired.

Well .... base on your information, it looks like the regristry file corrupted. Of cause the best way is format and reisntall, but for sure is not the best way for you. Try to found out some other registry file repair program to fix all the error.

Just remind you, when you on & off keep install and uninstall, even said completed uninstall, but not 100% removed from windows registry. Also, some cracking program will installed spyware on your computer as the same time.

What software can fix the error?

The register file is used to register the warrantly of my laptop, it keep on pop out the message everytime when i log in, althought i have registered it. so i decided to uninstalled it.

當然可以, 但我個人經驗scanreg對windows 2000或以前的版本較有效, windows xp或以後的, 多數無效.
