Hi, my girlfriend would like to know how can she overcome 等待驗證 ?
She had sent email request through email but not yet have received the reply.

Till now she must log on my account in order to view/watch the TV show from Hong Kong.
For conviencne, can anyone tell me how can her account be upgraded ?

Hi Devo, please PM me your friend's username and we will manually activate her account.  There was some issues with the mail server and that was why the email request did not go through.
