I went to the Tim's Dessert House today in the afternoon to get bubble waffle. The store was a little busy at that time so I waited in front of the cash register for the lady to take my order. The lady looked at me briefly and asked, "What do you want?" I said I would like to get bubble waffle. She then took the money and literally threw a chip with a number to me. I was quite shocked with that rude action, but did hold my breath and said nothing back to her. I waited for roughly 10-15 mins for my food. After I got my freshly made bubble waffle, I ate it right away. To my disappointment, it was really bad. The food was nothing like the bubble waffles they used to have, it was tough and chewy. That was one of the worst bubble waffles I have ever had.
I used to go there all the time to get their bubble waffles and egg rolls. I was a fan of their food. But after today's visit, I'll never go back. I can take bad food from time to time, but I can never take rude service like that.

Even freshly made 雞蛋仔 were tough and chewy?  They must be pretty poorly done!  I hope she wasn't the owner and that she will get fired soon, else with today's economy I am sure they won't last much longer.  

I don't understand why the food quality of a place can drop like that.  Maybe they have changed owner?
