What are you using right now?
if you download a lot then suggest you go to Bell, because they can provide a stable download speed. Yes, I know Rogers provide 7MB download speed for express, 8MB for extreme and 18MB for extreme plus package. But Rogers is using LAN, that's means if your condo have a lot of ppls download at the same time, it must slow down!
