NDS lite is everywhere, mong kwok and "yellow gold mall" sell it as a package
NDS lite + R4 + memory card + (sometimes protector) for $1600 HK (before the law of R4)
R4 was about $280 including a at least 1GB micro SD, but the price went up after 1/1 when the law came in place

i checked those R4 card la, about $300 HK (not including the memory card, i asked a week ago, it was $278, but it can be more expensive now, coz my friend tell me they adjust the price everyday depends on the supply)
