我覺得 All-Clad / Calphalon 好好用, 但就貴少少! 而要煮完再焗的話用 Le Creuset Dutch Ovens 就方便啦, 不過好重!
其實最好用係 Copper 的 cookware ...

is stainless steel very hard to use gar? i mean very "stick" when not using lots of oil???
coz i have been using "easy clean woks" for a while.... and used to not add lots of oil
