everytime i call, i need to complain the product first...
"express" my feel how disappointed i am....
then, 70% of them will do something to "comfort" me...
such as just send me a new picture...
if they don't say anything.... i would start to yell ans shout.....
if they continous like that... i hang out....
try again tomorrow....
if the same thing happens... i would talk to the manager....
scare them i will send letter to their headquarter... blah blah blah.. just BS with them for a while......
