all i have to pay in addition is water, heat (if it is not condo), insurance on top of my current expenses.....

but i don't have to put $ into that crazy saving account anymore
it will free up 1/2 of my salary

o個 d 係比人還錢用, 同平時妳係銀行開的 account 有唔同!

如果妳真係開始 shop around, 我建意妳搵 adviser, 佢地有好多唔同的option, 未必同銀行借, 利害同還款方法都有好多選擇

因為搬o左啦, 間屋係自己, 所以唔再理會比利息呢個問題? 以妳條數咁計, 只比 monthly mortgage payment, 多返出黎的 1/2 saving 就可以吃喝玩樂, 就算明知最後比多 100k 利息都無所謂?? 妳地2 個覺得分開供 30 年, 好過快快手 10 年供完?
