but the longer we rent, they more $1500 (rent) is pouring into salty water.......
i agree, but we will have to face all the expenses assoicated with the house once we buy it
say, we are going to rent for 1 more year, we will spend: 12x$1500 = 18000 for nothing...
if we buy a place now.... even a cheaper one.. we are putting $18000 into our property......
