MT.......wow that's alot

it's a mistake    cause april my phone didn't work well at all so i did my hardware upgrade   it was LG phone but then i didn't like it at all so i sent it back and asked for another one   they gave me a new phone number but i wanna keep my old phone number   i called them and told them i wanna keep my old phone number they said the person who did that did it in new 3 contract     we talked and talked  

and i just called ...  and the lady told me that i got charged 2 phones and 2 numbers     

and she said she can credit me back $450 but will deduct on my regular phone bill

i said NO i want my money back to my credit card    she said she is not able to do this i have to call the account receivable and they are able to do it for me

LONG STORY

你比咗錢佢，佢死都唔肯refund返比你！
你試下打去中文hotline睇下得唔得啦！

所以我點都唔做auto pay

Rogers is always like that, it took a long time to get your money back but asking you for money...

不知所謂     我 renew contract o個陣同佢講 i just want a new phone  everything stay the same    係咪唔識英文呀

我成日話財到佢手，一去無會頭呀

好過去搶！

佢仲話我個 phone bill 可以o係o個 $450 度扣
