Before we troubleshoot the issue I need more information about the issue.
· What exactly happens when you try to allow Hong Kong traditional Chinese?
· Do you receive any error message?
· Where exactly are you trying to change to allow input on Hong Kong traditional Chinese? Is in on Internet Explorer language settings or in Region and language settings in control panel?
