一向都係啦, 所以有時我唔明講要求英文, 因為英文直接好多, 唔似中文咁, 單係語氣唔同, 已經有好大出入!  

yeah when I am the one who say it, I have control how I say it to make it clear.  but when someone say something to me, I need to know when to ask for more specific instruction, instead of making assumption.  That's why I like to understand more what they think, not trying to prove who is right or wrong, or normal or not.

it is important not to make any assumption or state the assumption clearly, when dealing with the contractors they are tricky, i don't give them answer until they list everything on black and white
