i think edm has more snow than toronto and here, no?

question (not a challenge to anyone ok?): if I shoveled the sidewalk, and part of the driveway so anyone want to get to my house can walk on it, and if the rest of the driveway is like an ice-skating rink.  someone walked on the ice and fell, can they sue me?  can I say I already have a clean pathway but they chose to walk on the ice part and that's not my responsibility even though it is part of my property?

in Edm, yes, the person can....but either that person is stupid or "ton lay yau sau"

flora, so in edm, that is still my fault?  that means I can purposely go and look for a driveway with ice on it, purposely walk on the ice and fall, and then sue the owner?  

what if my front yard has ice (on top of the grasses)?  if someone walked on the ice and fell, he can sue me??  but nobody shovel the yard woh!

actually I mean, yes the person can sue me, but is it absolutely my fault?  But if I put sign, then it's ok?  Just like those people who applied weed killer would put sign to tell neighbors to keep children and pets away, right?

yes, you can do it.....

seem can't put you to court....just issue the notice and $100 fine...
