跟住先拉去 desktop????? 咁樣係咪唔會佔 C drive 咁多位?????

唔明妳意思, file save 係c: , 無論妳點 shortcut, 都係 save c:, 唔會話咁做而慳位喎

啱啱執完嘢! 真係執咗差不多成日喎!!!

如果個 file 原本唔喺 C drive 就慳到，慳過你 make 一個 copy，不過如果原本唔喺 C drive，正確嚟講你要用都唔應該 make 一個 copy 落 C drive 架喎，你個係乜嘢 file 嚟架?

template files in a folder in share drive.....因為我慣左就咁 highlight & move....

i see.. yeah, you should always use shortcut in that case.  If you move the file to C, then other users won't be able to access it anymore (given that u r not sharing your C); if you made a copy then you ended up with the same file taking up two spaces.

so, I right click the folder in share drive to create shortcut???? then drag it to desktop????
