咁我都知 touch screen 係有分別, 但呢個 function 唔係 call labrary 就得咩? 再者, 政府會咁 update?
其實主要係個 UI design 去令到個 user experience 配合到個 device，即係好似好多 websites 都要為 mobile device 整多個 interface 咁，又要保持番咁上下 functionalities 又要睇得舒服，都要度架。 同埋 data transfer 上又要顧及 bandwidth 上既閒制，所以都唔係話一野就可以轉到過去 mobile version 囉。 我地有好多 users 係出 field 做野，所以 mobile apps 係遲早既事囉! 依家先開始其實已經算慢啦，不過政府不嬲都係慢幾拍架啦，乜都要 test/approval..
