yeah, i know roughly when it stopped, someone told me to go to run/cmd/eventvwr.msc to check on event viewer.

hey simgu... how about run in safe mode? is it working fine? try install ccleaner or something like registry cleaning apps.

or try  run/cmd/eventvwr.msc, this is services control for windows, you can reset all the service start / stop / auto. Once you find out the service, change it to stop and restart xp. if it can fix your issue, then go to  registry manually delete all the related items.

yup, those will help to cleanup / stop all the unuse Dlls.

cclearner or something will more easy to help you cleanup. Of cause, some of them just simple, some of them more pro.
