I also think that Heroes is not that interesting. After season 1, it lacks of 新鮮感, and the plot was kind of "forced". Frindge was also by J J Abrams (producer/director of LOST), but it is kind of different, and does not have as strong character development as that in LOST. I really like how LOST tells the story of each character, now I know them all pretty well and enjoy the show even more.
