depends when the mail comes. If the mailman drops by eleven, the busiest time would be 10-11am since they need to get the billing done. haha, i'm talking bout the small companies. In general, not right before lunch or calling the day. If the #'s always busy, it's different thing. The early the better while they have better moods.
