yea i know some GSAs told me too ... some guests are sooo annoying ... i am working at back of the house (housekeeping) but when we are walking around at hotel ... some guests bother us a lot ...
sigh...esp the hotel I'm working with.....those guests are sooooo annoying....some of the guests you being as friend with them....you hard to kick them out of the hotel if 100% occupancy on next day....
