There is this spyware in the microsoft system registry. I have tried using spybot, adware and other spyware softwares, they all can detect this spyware but can't remove it. I don't want to reinstall the window operating system. Please help. Thank you so much

First, are you sure it is something you want to remove?  If so, you should be able to run spybot or adaware in Windows Safe Mode to remove that.

I was able to run spybot 1.4 and it detects it but can't remove it. I also ran spybot when the system was on before going in to window screen, however, it gave the same result. This particular spyware can't remove.

as mickey said, run your windows in safe mode and try to remove it again
also, you may try to use mcafee antispyware, it's said to be useful

I have tried ccleaner, it doesn't clean the registry. I also try to start using safe mode, no screen comes out. this spyware is embedded in the microsoft registry. everytime, you run window, this spyware will run. Please can anyone suggest another method before I reinstall the window operating system. Thank you.
