PC-cillin from Trend Micro works best to remove the trojan. It seems your registry is infected. Try hijack this to scan your registry then remove the suspicious lines.

Write down all the path(s) infected during scan. Then remove it from registry by Hijack-This. Be prepared to re-install some programs. That's all you can do unless you are prepared to re-format the hard-disk.

HijackThis is a utility program that will scan your registry and show you some important settings in your computer such as what processes it runs on startup, ...etc..  And it allows you to delete the registry entry.

Not everything it shows on the list is bad, it just shows you "everything", and let you decide what to keep and what to delete.  Use it with care, otherwise you might delete something useful.
