i have uninstalled the warranty register file, how can i reinstalled it?

Yes, but I believe they will tell you running the recover CD to restore everything. If your laptop out of warranty, then not really need that program

its 2 things.

1). the warranty registry on my point of view is not necessary. as long as you can prove it under warranty.

2).  we talking the registry is not the warrantry registry. we're talking about the windows's system registry.

I have bring my laptop to customer service for a check, he can shut down it properly.

But when i come back, it happened again. I found that after i online it can't shut down properly. however, if i didn't online i can shut down it. why?

it is the windows live messager problem, it always slow down the speed of my laptop.

Look likes spyware cuasing the problem, did you try to scan and remove spyware?

Type (cleanmgr /sageset:99) & (cleanmgr /SAGERUN:99) at 'run' to scan my computer.

Should i update my computer?

Well... depends on your purpose, if you not often connection to internet, just using as basic necessities, then you  don't really need to keep up-to-date. Now you got some thing wrong, then suggest you update the windows with all the latest pathes and BIOS as well.
