exfireex1, I have done some research on "win32.act", and I started to suspect that it is not a virus or spyware.  Why do you think it is a spyware?  And did spybot or adaware show any related files?

Download hijackthis and do a scan and post the log here for us to analyze for you. (But DO NOT FIX unless you absolutely know what you are doing, if you are not sure, let us read the log first.)

yes, spybot detected it as a spyware and try to remove it without success and try to remove it when booting up. Again, no luck.

Thanks for the help but I have finally use a program to eliminated this spyware. It is called spyware terminator.
