pc keyboard cannot use and then restart pc.......
became a black screen background and a message.
(ready for EC/KBC update.place the EC/KBC update diskette in the drive and press any key when ready to proceed.)
I dont have the diskette,how can I solve this problem???
PLease help me!!!That is no way as I cannot use the pc,please!!

First of all, remove the keyboard and clean it fully, using a compressed air can if necessary. If this doesn't work, try the following:
1. Remove all attached extraneous hardware, detach printer cable(s); mice, external keyboards, etc.
2. Reset the BIOS to defaults.

First, turn the computer off. If the cause is a stuck [Tab] key, you may be able to un-stick it by tapping the [Tab] key several times. Turn the computer back on. If you don't see "Ready for EC/KBC update", congratulations, you fixed a stuck [Tab] key. If you do see the "Ready for EC/KBC update" message, you may need to do service for your system."

If  Didn't work Boot PC on safe mode.and remove keybord driver.

I could use the pc after that,but I cannot use again.
when i use outlook,there was a message (the control key is stuck)
then I off the pc and restart,it became the same.........the same message(ready for..................)
I cannot go to window now,what a pity!!
If I can go ,how can I delete the keyboard driver??can I use use keyboard??

Ok, can you tell us more detail? using laptop or desktop? replaced keyboard or not? when you open outlook, it shows "the control key is stuck"? or other error message?

I use notebook(laptop).I did not replace the keyboard.
Last time,when I could go to window,but I cannot type anything,so I tried to a usb keyboard and then work.
I moved out the usb keyboard and try again.my pc keyboard is ok.
The next day power on the pc,same problem.
yesterday I can go to window again,then I try to update the keyboard driver,when finished the pc restart automatically.
the same messgae came up again......

it means every time when you connect an external keyboard, then it will working fine?

did you try update BIOS as well? also, try air duster to clean up your laptop.
