Hello,
I recently found myself with out internet.. I have replaced my modem and switch as well as had a service tech come to my house with no results.. I have managed to now get signal through my modem and swtich but I can only get signal to one device at a time that is connected to my patch panel.. it doesn't matter what ports I use.. Its as if it will only carry enough signal for one but I cant quite gather how that's possible or what to do to fix or trouble shoot it at this point. The patch panel issue possibilities are just past my understanding..
