I tried to connect at 7am and 11:30pm HK time on Feb 24. It took me a while to connect. After it was connected, the tv screen was frozen periodially. However, the tv works well after about an hour of connection.

I think those streaming video uses p2p technology, so the speed depends on the number of peers and their connection speed.  It will be more fair to have someone else test the connection during those two time windows (7am and 11:30pm HKT) on the SAME day, and compare the results.

Please correct me if I was wrong.  

if you have problem to connect to hong kong's peer, mayB you can change your settings.
go option -> then connection setting ->
最大远程连结数
最大本地连结数 (local)
maybe you change the ratio between this two.
for my case, i set local connection is bigger than the 远程连结数. because i hardly connect to hongkong peers. i depend on local.
and if the time is not peak hours, mayB the peers are very little. therefore, the connection might be not stable

maybe you can try the peak hours which drama is showing. 8pm - 1030pm HK time, maybe.

As my WINDOW is in English, I am not able to read the setting in Chinese. Before I can change the settings, could you show me how to change PPStream from Chinese to English or ways to make me able to read Chinese settings in a English Window.

sorry, i don't know how to change it into English. and i couldn't find any setting to do it so.
the best solution, is install the chinese pack to your computer.

humm....if you want to see the chinese words in the ppsteam, you may change the xp setting from english to simplify chinese or you may download
a software called "appLocale", it could help you to translate different language in the pc, just using drag and drop, very simple.
