The evironment is nice, but it's over price.  There are a lot of waitress but none seems to know what they are doing.  Food is so-so.  Their main selling point is tea, not the food.

I agree with questionboy. Ten Ren Tea Time is over price. the room size is too big but too less tables. Still a lot of rooms for table. I visit only 2 times and not willing to go the 3rd time. The waiter and waitress don't know what to do. When I ask for table exchange, even that table is vacant but they don't let me to exchange. Until I spoke with the manager that I changed it right away. It wan't busy at all, that was a Sunday night, it was kind of quiet! The 1st time I visit, I don't know why they have table and not willing to serve the people waiting outside. Food and drink are so so,I don't recommand.
