First of all, it was still in the beginning of the series, and like MT, I was kind of lost but very curious to know why.  I was thinking: hmm.. plane crash, moster, ghost.. how do they relate to each other?

sorry ben I deleted your last post because that might reveal too much for MT and kill the suspense.    But I like what you think, and when MT get to later episodes, we can discuss more on that.  Now, back on episode 6 when you first saw Jack's father, what did you really think?  I was thinking, is this series about ghost?  or maybe Jack's father did not die?  But the flashback showed that he died.  So I was very puzzled.  

Oh no problem at all to delete the last post.  When I saw Jack's father in episode 6...I think he is a time traveler   or he belongs to the island, or he one of the person to plan the crash (I had this idea before I know he died)...

I see!  In any of the assumptions (which are all possible), why didn't he talk more?  He only showed up and let Jack chased him around.  And the dead body disappeared, it was an empty coffin when Jack found it.  Where did the body go?  MT, can you check whether his father ghost dressed the same suit as his dead body in the coffin (in the flashback)?

Ha Ha Ha....that's the style of LOST   I also think does he try to show Jack some hints or warn him for some dangerous place on the island?  But the most interesting thing that i will to talk about is the "XXXXXX", and " the YYYYYY....  (Mickey, if you think this is too early to post about the XXXXXX, and YYYYYY, please delete this post).

haha.. I edited your post.  I am not sure if it is too early, I have to take a quick look at episode 1-6 first, I forgot which episodes they start showing those two things.  But I am sure MT will ask, then we will know it is ready to talk.    But remember, erase what you know about in later episodes.  MT will catch up soon and we can talk freely then.
