冇問題!  請問您有甚麼地方不明白呢?

請跟以下步驟:

1. 圖 "Step 1" -> click "下載附件"

2. 圖 "Step 2"  -> 請等至出現圖"step 3"

3. 圖 "Step 3" -> click "請點擊這□下載附件"

4. 圖 "Step 4" ->  click "open"

當然, 下載前請安裝BT軟件 -> BitComet

I followed these 4 steps, either open or save it, I still couldn't download. BT is always at "connecting" status. And Nothing happen, only the average downloading rate is moving. I tried to leave it on for the whole night but it was still the same.

Is it because my computer setting or firewall or BT dl problem?

look like the firewall block the BT connection. Suggest you disable the firewal and test it working or not, then you'll know what's going on and see what we can help you.
