student loan ... 呢個第一個問題, 最好還晒先, 會有好大幫助! 如果只得隻豬, 咁佢真係要好有搵錢能力先得, 簡單一個指標, 一般 credit department ( bank or credit union) 以100k 年薪, 比 25% down 供20年, 先可以負擔到 400k 的屋作 example!

而且我絕對唔建意妳只係落佢個名, 話就話佢飛唔出妳手指o者, 但世事無絕對呀, 到時上 court 爭咩!

為學校就另計, 但我唔太鐘意住係太多 chinese 的地方, 由其係大陸黎的! 佢地可能好有錢, 但點都有少問題! 而且 chinese 之間好似無乜 contact, 見面都唔會 say hi, 好似同妳熟少少會比妳拎晒佢著數咁!
