I got the files.  It looks like since they are all broken up already it is hard to package them back together.  It seems like the right steps the do this is:

1. In Sothink SWF Decompiler, open the SWF and convert it into a FLA file.   http://www.sothink.com/tutorials/how-to-convert-swf-to-fla.htm

2. Open the FLA file in Flash, and then you may modifiy it and publish it to SWF like you always do.

If you exported them into resource files and modified them individually, it will not be easy to putting them together.  Does it make sense or I am still missing something?

You are welcome!  Sorry that I could not help much.    I think the wayyou decompiled the swf into resources, is more for easily extracting individual components and import them to new fllash movies.  If you like to product the "original" movie with alternation, FLA is probably the best way.
