Yes, as I know some apps can't work on OS4.  But for me.....not too much.

You have lots of apps can't work?

Did you try to make folder and group some icons together?

Not a lot, just a few and I just switched back to previous version which isn't a big deal.    yeah i created folders ar.. so good.  It is more and more like a computer.

So...you did JB it to OS4.0.1, but becuase of some apps don't work...so you switched it back to OS3.1.2?
