Those who raise objection to BT downloading are not keeping pace with social and technological advancement.  They are still sleeping in their old days dreaming of making their living they used to do without updating themselve to suit with the changes.  I don't consider the Government should interfere through introducing legislative changes.  Instead, individual affected sector should work on finding ways to cope with the new era.

How many BT sites are actually located in HK? Even if they did actually arrest all of them, what about the rest of the world? Not to mention there are lot of website located in China that still allow us to download the latest TVB series. Hong Kong Custom can only arrest those BT, either upload or download, within the territories of HK,and they have no authorities outsides of HK. What can they do about it? Nothing. Plus, the method they trace those people, are still in doubt that if it violates the Basic Law, pirvacy.

I think that Hong Kong just want to be the first of this BT thing. That is all about it. They just want to promote that we are actually enforcing the copyrights. They want to let the world know that Hong Kong is a illegal copy free city!

Until the whole world is actually arresting people who BT, before that, it is just a waste of money, a waste of time, a waste of resources.
