The recipe is kind of strange, it used oyster sauce, lite & dark soy, fish sauce, garlic, ginger & maple syrup, that's why it called it half thai.....but it's very yummy eventhough i only marinated it for half hour. The grilled eggplant is too dry and need more time to dip into the olive oil vinegar suace.

That's right!  That's why I like that.  When I have 45 min to spare, I will watch one episode.  The story is not as interesting as LOST and not that much suspense, but still interesting enough because it is pure sci-fi.
