no flora we dont have 24/7 lar ..   housekeeping closed at 5pm everyday no room clean ..  only one house-person in house for sth emergency but he/she doesnt stay for overnite .. till 12am only

maint dept has 2 shifts am and pm ..  am is 7-330 and pm is 330-12 thats it

yea i just hate sometimes guests take off DND sign after 5 and say they want their room to be cleaned ..  then we have to tell them there is no room cleaning service after 5 and tell them we will gi ...

I though you guys would leave message on the phone to guest and let them know rm cleaning service is finished at 5pm and only fresh towels will be provided????
