Step of Making (作法):
A. Egg Preparation:
1. Add Some Oil and Fried Egg with Pan in the Soft Flame Condition (Picture 5)
2. Add Cheese On The Egg (Picture 6)
3. After Egg is Done, Put it On The Rice Bowl (Picture 7)
4. Add Chilies Ground Powder On The Egg
5. Put the Egg On the Rice Bowl (Picture 8,9)
A. 蛋準備:
1. 增加一些油並且煎蛋與平底鍋在軟的火焰情況 (圖片5)
2. 加乳酪/芝司在蛋上 (圖片6)
3. 蛋做好之後, 把它放在飯碗上 (圖片7)
4. 增加辣椒粉末在蛋上面
5. 把蛋放在飯碗的上面 (圖片8,9)

B. Rice Preparation:
1. Add Some Oil in the Pan
2. Add Fried Mushroom and Hong Kong Salty Fish Then Fries Evenly
3. Add Po Lo Ku Mushroom Seasoning Then Fries Evenly
4. Add White Rice and Mix Well of Them
5. Add Sesame Oil Then Fries Evenly (Picture 10)
B. 饭準備:
1. 增加一些油在平底鍋
2. 加油煎的蘑菇並和香港鹹魚然后把它们炒均匀
3. 增加 Po Lo Ku 蘑菇調味料然后把它们炒均匀
4. 加白饭和混合它们
5. 增加芝麻油然后把它们炒均匀 (圖片10)
