我想問食完一碟係唔係要將0的刀叉放埋上隻碟度等人收？
我0係呢邊會，因為北美buffet唔係好多items，多數1次salad，2次main dish，1次甜品就飽飽
而臺上面0個set刀叉又岩岩好用完
但係香港咁多items，main dish都唔只羅2次啦，咁唔夠刀叉用點算？
如果唔比佢收，0的刀叉又應該放0係邊？（原位？）

they shouldn't take ur fork ka wor ...   if so then ask the waitress/waiter to give u couple more in case ...
