Downloading 蓋世豪俠《周星馳經典喜劇》 & 匯通天下 for more than a week.
Downloding stops for a few days at 97.7% and 88.4% respectively.  Does it
mean that no more seed nor peer to support further or to complete the
download?  Is there a solution you could suggest to deal with the problem? Or should I just forget about it and remove the tasks from the BT.  Please advise.

That's right.  That usually means that there are no more seeds.  A "seed"  is just a peer with 100% of the files available.

Since they are two old dramas, running out of seeds are quite normal.  I would give them some more time if you don't need the disk space right away.  Sometimes, some one with seeds might be online for short period of time and you might be able to get the missing pieces, you never know.  

Another option is to ask someone to reseed.  What version of 匯通天下 are you downloading?

Too bad "direct download" were not popular back then, else we don't have to worry about this typical BT problem.
