I knew that there is a built in software in window xp which allow us to type chinese. But, don't know why i can't make use of it.

I have successfully make it appear at the language bar but i skill can't type chinese. Why?

What input method are you planning to use?  If 粵語拼音, ultraegg has some information for you.  

Please go through the following step and make sure setup properly

Step 1: install ASIAN Language

Step 2: click "detail" and setup input method

Step 3: click "add"

Step 4: in " input language" tab, pick "chinese (Taiwan)

Step 5: pick any input method you want

Step 6: Once you complete, you'll see that

Step 7: press left "alt"+"shift" key and you'll see that

Now you can type chinese

In the market you can find out so many chinese input method, like 倉頡, 速成, 廣東拼音, 國話拼音, 筆順, t9, ........ etc, please see below for some idea
