well, im studying in California, and in my AP Chinese class, they need me to type chinese with pinyin in that class, does anyone have any programs to
which could help me inprove my pinyin?

How would you like to improve your pinyin?  If a program allows you to type chinese using pinyin as the input method, would that help?  Say, if you type in "wo", it shows 我, 握﹐臥﹐窩﹐沃﹐渦...etc., would that help?

I am using NJStar Communicator.  And you will see an icon at the lower right corner (next to the clock).  Right click on it, and select "NJStar Chinese Input", another bar will pop up.  Click on the "ascii" button on the left, select Standard Pinyin or press Alt-1.

Also, the words that you used frequently will be shifted to the beginning of the list.  For example, if you always use the word "我", at first that word might be on page 2, but eventually it will move to page 1 and even the first word of the list.  But for some reason, some of the words will never "move" to the first page.

And you can press Ctrl-Space or Ctrl to toggle between Ascii and Pinyin Input Methods.

Try it and see if that's what you want.
